If you are requesting a refund, we will reimburse all eligible patrons. Our company has experienced unexpected financial challenges, and we are working diligently to recover and fulfill our obligations as quickly as possible.

​If you rolled over your tickets in anticipation of the next Long Beach Jazz Festival, we want to provide you with an important update. Due to scheduling and date availability at our new venue, the Long Beach Amphitheater, we have made the difficult decision to move the Long Beach Jazz Festival to August 2027. While this was not the outcome we had hoped for, we believe this will allow us to secure the best possible dates and deliver the exceptional festival experience our patrons have come to expect.
